We all got em’. Maybe you’ll find the answers you’re looking for below…

Prices vary based on the parameters of your event (group size, number and type of cocktails, party duration, and location). Expect to pay somewhere between $40 - $85 per person, not including tax and gratuity.

Mixology classes with Orange Door Workshop have a run-time range of 20 to 90 minutes. The amount time we spend together is based on the reason why we’re at your event and number of drinks you want to make together. An ice breaker activity for a virtual group will look different than a Mixology Themed Bachelorette Party at the Maid of Honor’s house. We take the run-time of the workshop into account when we give you a quote for your event.
-
We need a minimum of 8 people for a mixology class in your home or at your venue of choice. Smaller parties are welcome, but minimum rates will apply. On the other end of the spectrum, we have barware stations for up to 20 people to make cocktails at the same time (2 people share 1 set of barware). For more than 20 guests, we’ll work with you to figure out how to overcome space and time constraints.

Orange Door Workshop is based in Acton, MA. Towns and cities within a 20-mile radius of Acton are included in our service area. Not sure if we’ll travel to your location? Drop us a line to ask!

Inclusions vary based on the vision you have for your event. For most parties, Orange Door Workshop will provide premium non-alcoholic drink mixers, fresh citrus, garnishes, ice, recipes, barware stations, planning and prep, set up, demonstration and hands-on instruction (see note on timing above), and clean up. We can also source a range of practical and pretty barware gifts for your group with 7-10 days’ notice.

When we talk about customizing our mixology classes to meet your event vision and budget, this includes what cocktails we’ll make together! Does the guest of honor love tequila? Maybe we’ll make a spiced carrot margarita and a mezcal old fashioned. Is the bride-to-be getting married at a cute farm in Vermont? We’ll make cocktails that feature seasonal fruits, herbs, and maple syrup. Are you having a roaring 20’s themed party? We’ll make Prohibition era libations. Get the idea? We love finding or inventing the perfect cocktails for any occasion, and we always consider what essential bartending skills each drink can teach the crowd when we draft the menu for your event. Check out our cocktail gallery for a sampling of drinks that we’ve made for and with mixology classes since we started making craft cocktails in 2015.
